WRONG, you corporatist troll.
What businesses in a free market depend on is the rule of law, not busybody bureaucrats telling them who they can and cannot do business with, or how they are allowed to do business.
They need to know that fraud and theft will be punished, and that whatever government boot they might live under will not arbitrarily extort them on a whim for dubious causes.
They do not need a 40,000 page laundry list of mala prohibita, lobbied for in congress by bigger companies, to be used against them to stamp out competition.
