Singapore’s “National Night” (8/9/2012) Promotion Video [Strange/Creepy/Ridiculous]
They are promoting their “citizens” to make babies with a financial incentive. $4,000.00 for the first and second baby made (“baby bonus”) then $6,000.00 for the 3rd & 4th.
